Huber Law Group Expands Estate and Probate Services

Huber Law Group, A.P.C. (“HLG”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired the Elk Grove-based estate planning practice of attorney David W. Holochuck, who has transitioned into retirement after a 25-year legal career. With three attorneys and two paralegals, the expansion makes HLG the largest and only firm in Elk Grove led by a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.

Jonathan P. Huber, HLG’s founder and managing partner, is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, a designation earned by less than 2% of licensed attorneys statewide. A long-time resident of Elk Grove, Jonathan has been a member of its Rotary Club since 2004 and is a founding member of the Youth Sports Foundation, where he helped to establish the annual Running of the Elk Half Marathon and fundraiser benefiting the nonprofit.

“I launched my legal career in Elk Grove and feel deeply connected to this special community where my family has roots,” said Huber. “We’ve built an exceptional estate planning and probate litigation practice in Sacramento, and now have the ability to expand a more sophisticated service offering to my hometown of 15 years.”

“I have known Jonathan for many years and believe that his integrity and concern for clients meet my high standards,” said Holochuck. “I trust him on a personal level and know his firm’s culture will be the right fit for my clientele.”

HLG offers high-level representation for estate planning and administration matters as well as deep courtroom experience for trust and probate litigation. Its merger with Holochuck Law enhances the level of service and available staffing support to the firms’ respective client bases in Sacramento, Elk Grove, and Walnut Creek. Benjamin D. Fox and Angela C. Thompson round out the attorney roster.
